My focus for a client or a group is to help you move well. I achieve this with the exercises I prescribe but also by building a strong foundation, working you within your limitations and pushing you gently to achieve a strong, fit and flexible body.
I have followed all the trends and tried every style of workout, I have narrowed down my equipment list to a few specific pieces of equipment that are affordable, and get great results.

2 x 1 hr exercise and nutrition group training sessions each week.
