I aim to mend the gap between knowing and doing, by catering to each individual's unique circumstances. Whether it is balancing hormones, digestive issues, weight loss, healthy family-friendly meals, I offer a variety of services and packages designed to meet your needs.
As a teenager, I suffered from bad PMS and thought this was common and just something I suffered from. With the PMS came digestive issues, I was often bloated, in pain, had bad flatulence and craved sugary food every day.
I became more interested in my health after traveling for 7 years, putting on a lot of weight and then returning to NZ and wanting a career.
I studied to become a Personal Trainer in 2005 and worked at Les Mills in Wellington for 6 years, during that time I worked with some of NZ’s top PT’s.
Retraining to become a Nutritionist in 2017 was a natural step for me, as I have always been a foodie and I love cooking healthy delicious meals. Now I get to combine two of my passions (Personal Training and Nutrition).
